Kirchhoff's Voltage Law: this law is known as follows: "The directed sum of the voltages around any closed loop is zero." We can also says:
- in series, the sum of the voltage at the terminals of a set of components is the sum of the voltages measured at the terminals of each
- in parallel, the voltage is the same everywhere.
