Current Direction

Current Direction

Description: Direction of current - The motor and the diode, which are polarized dipoles, will help us to show that the current makes sense. We also see that the electric current flows from the + terminal to the - terminal, outside the generator.

Definitions
Electrical current: Transmission of electricity through a conductor.

Diode: Dipole only allowing current to flow in a determined direction.
